Return Policy
Returns
Orders that have been dispatched are not eligible for change-of-mind return or exchange. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, please contact our customer support team at info@etidehealth.com within 14 days of your delivery. We will review your case and provide instructions for returning the item. Requests received after 14 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check Your Account: Verify that the refund hasn’t been credited to your bank account or payment method.
- Contact Your Credit Card Company: Sometimes it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.
- Reach Out to Your Bank: There may be additional processing time on their end.
